# Authentication and access

## Public agent endpoints

The public product-information REST endpoints, NLWeb-compatible /ask endpoint, and MCP server require no authentication. They are read-only and expose no customer data.

## Customer workspace

Customer workspace access uses an emailed magic link. Open the [workspace](https://www.prompt-monitoring.com/pulse), enter the account email address, and follow the one-time sign-in link. Never ask an agent to read, forward, or submit the magic link.

## Connected data sources

Optional Google Search Console and GA4 connections use Google OAuth in the customer workspace. Scopes and consent are shown by Google. Connections are initiated and approved by the user; the public agent interfaces cannot authorize or modify them.

## Billing

Checkout and billing changes are user-confirmed web flows. There is no public agent payment or delegated-purchase endpoint.
